What we collect

  • Booking/contact data (name, email, phone, service details) required to deliver the service.
  • Payment processing data handled by Stripe in accordance with provider controls.
  • Optional attribution data (UTM/referrer) only when non-essential cookie consent is enabled.
  • Account creation is optional and not required to complete booking.

Cookie categories

  • Essential: session + CSRF protection required for secure booking and login.
  • Analytics/Marketing: GTM and UTM attribution cookies, enabled only after consent.
  • We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals by disabling non-essential cookies for that request.
  • You can reopen cookie preferences any time from the footer link.

Advertising & conversion measurement

When you enable marketing consent, we measure which ads lead to bookings so we can run advertising responsibly. This may include sharing data with our advertising processors — Meta (Facebook) and Google — through their server-side conversion interfaces (Meta Conversions API, Google Ads / Enhanced Conversions).

  • What is shared: a one-way hashed (SHA-256) version of your email and/or phone number — never the raw values — plus advertising click identifiers (e.g. gclid, fbclid) and the conversion value of a booking.
  • When: only after you grant marketing consent. With marketing consent declined, or with Global Privacy Control (GPC) enabled, no advertising data is shared.
  • Why hashed: hashing lets the platform match a conversion to an ad click without us disclosing your raw email or phone.
  • Opt out: reopen cookie preferences from the footer and turn off marketing, or use a browser with GPC enabled.

Colorado privacy requests

If Colorado privacy rights apply to your use case, contact us through the contact page with subject Privacy Request and include the email used for booking.

  • Requests are identity-verified before account-level actions.
  • For advertising/measurement opt-out, use cookie preferences or a browser with GPC enabled.
  • Operational records (for payment and service delivery) may still be retained where legally required.
