Scope, vehicle condition constraints, and schedule availability are governed by backend policy rules and documented operational standards.
SMS / Text messaging program
- Program: Detail & Design LLC sends appointment reminders and maintenance reminders by text message to customers who opt in.
- Message frequency: recurring messages, up to 6 messages per month.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
- Not a condition of purchase: you can book a service without agreeing to receive text messages.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You can also turn them off from your account at any time.

- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
