Refund Policy

Payment and refund rules

Most bookings use a deposit-first flow. Last-minute bookings can require full payment up front. If that happens, the deposit still defines the non-refundable portion inside the protected window or for a no-show.

Standard bookings 25% due today

The deposit is calculated from the service subtotal and selected add-ons.

Last-minute bookings May require full prepay

Any amount above the deposit remains refundable under the same policy rules.

Travel fee Excluded from deposit math

If present, travel fee does not change the retained deposit portion.
