What's included
Do this before you read any further: after your next wash, put your hand in a thin plastic bag and run it lightly over the hood. If it feels like fine sandpaper instead of glass, this is the service your car needs.
What you are feeling is not dirt
It is contamination that has bonded into the clear coat. Three things cause most of it here. Brake dust, which leaves the wheel hot and embeds itself in whatever it lands on. Industrial and rail fallout, tiny iron particles that oxidize in place and spread. And tree sap and pollen, which the Front Range produces in quantity and which bake on in summer sun.
None of that washes off, because it is not on the surface. It is in it.
The clay stage
A clay treatment glides over lubricated paint and shears off the bonded particles, pulling them out of the clear coat rather than pushing them around. It is the only practical way to get paint back to genuinely smooth, and the difference is something you feel immediately and see about a week later, when dirt has trouble sticking to a surface that has nothing to grip.
The parts nobody else cleans
Wheel wells get cleaned — the single dirtiest area of any car in a state that salts its roads, and the place where corrosion starts. Black plastic trim is restored and UV-protected, which matters more here than it sounds: exterior trim does not fade from age, it fades from ultraviolet exposure, and at six thousand feet there is measurably less atmosphere filtering it. Grey, chalky trim on a five-year-old car is a Colorado signature.
Sealant, not wax
The finish here is a premium ceramic sealant rather than the spray wax of the Express Exterior. That is the upgrade that keeps paying: a wax is measured in weeks, a ceramic sealant in months. It resists chemicals rather than just sitting on top of them, and it makes every subsequent wash faster and less abrasive, which protects the paint again indirectly.
About two hours, at your address
Everything in the Express Exterior is included and happens first — foam bath, two-bucket hand wash with grit guards, wheels and tires, blow dry before towel contact. Then the decontamination and protection work on top.
When to book it
Twice a year is the honest answer, and the timing is not arbitrary: once before winter, so there is a sacrificial layer between magnesium chloride brine and your paint, and once when winter ends, to pull out everything the season left embedded.
What it still will not do
Decontamination removes what is stuck in the paint. It does not remove what is cut into it. If the finish is dull, scratched or swirled, the paint has damage rather than contamination, and correcting that means machine polishing — a different service, quoted in person, and worth having the conversation about before you spend money on protection that would seal the defects in.

No. We arrive with water, power and every product on board, so all we need is room to work next to the vehicle.
Do you come to me, or do I bring the car to you?
Either one. We come to your home or office anywhere in the Colorado Springs area, or you can drop the car off with us — you pick which one when you book, and the drop-off address is on screen before you pay.
How long does High-Class Exterior take?
About 2 hours for a standard vehicle. Larger or heavily soiled vehicles take longer, and we tell you before we start rather than after.
