What's included
Five hours, and it takes that long for a reason that is worth understanding before you book it.
Cleaning moves things. Extraction removes them.
A cloth on a fabric seat lifts what is on the surface and pushes the rest deeper. That is fine for dust. It does nothing for a spilled drink from eight months ago, because that liquid soaked in, dried, and is now part of the fibre.
Hot water extraction works differently: cleaning solution goes into the fabric under pressure, breaks the bond, and is immediately pulled back out along with whatever it dissolved. What comes out of the machine is the honest record of what was in your seats. It is not a pleasant thing to look at and it is the entire point of the service.
Steam, for everything that is not fabric
Every panel and vent is steam cleaned. Textured plastic — which is most of a modern interior — has thousands of tiny recesses that a cloth simply polishes over, leaving the grime in the valleys. Steam lifts it out with heat rather than abrasion, and it does it without soaking chemicals into surfaces you put your hands on.
Vents matter particularly. They are the one part of the cabin that actively blows air at your face, and nobody cleans them.
Leather, and why this is not optional at altitude
Leather seats are cleaned, then conditioned and protected. This is maintenance, not cosmetics.
Leather is a skin, and it fails the way skin fails: it dries, loses flexibility, and then cracks along the lines where it flexes most — the driver's bolster first, every time. Two Colorado conditions accelerate that together. The air is genuinely dry at this elevation, pulling moisture out continuously. And the ultraviolet exposure is stronger than at sea level, breaking down the finish that holds the remaining moisture in.
A cracked bolster cannot be conditioned back. It is replaced or it stays cracked. Conditioning is cheap and it is the only intervention that works, and it works only before the fact.

Why five hours, honestly
Extraction is slow because each pass has to be given time to dwell and then fully recovered, and because the interior has to dry properly before the car goes back to you. Rushing it means handing back a damp cabin, and a damp cabin in a closed car is how you trade one smell for a worse one.

No. We arrive with water, power and every product on board, so all we need is room to work next to the vehicle.
Do you come to me, or do I bring the car to you?
Either one. We come to your home or office anywhere in the Colorado Springs area, or you can drop the car off with us — you pick which one when you book, and the drop-off address is on screen before you pay.
How long does High-Class Interior take?
About 5 hours for a standard vehicle. Larger or heavily soiled vehicles take longer, and we tell you before we start rather than after.
